At LeviSports.store, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items include:

Personal care products (e.g., mouthguards, socks, etc.) for hygiene reasons

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@levisports.store before returning your product.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

6. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
